The Alpinestars Supertech M10 is engineered to offer riders a smooth, attractive, and aerodynamic profile. Its streamlined design is free of external channels and features that might act as load points during an impact, ensuring the overall integrity of the helmet's construction. The surface curvature is specifically designed to promote reduced friction upon impact, allowing for the deflection and transfer of energy to protect the rider’s head and neck from direct forces.

To provide the most anatomical fit, the S-M10 utilizes a specialized shell sizing solution. This ensures that every rider has the correct fit to improve comfort, reduce overall weight, and maximize the effectiveness of the helmet during an impact. Performance is further enhanced by the A-Head Fitment System, which allows for easy adjustment of the angle and height at which the helmet sits on the head.

Safety features are paramount in the S-M10 design. The chin bar’s base area is specifically sculpted to provide a relief section, raised to clear the collarbone. Additionally, a soft EPS liner extends beyond the helmet shell and is covered by a flexible rubber compound, significantly reducing the risk of collarbone injuries. For advanced protection, the helmet incorporates MIPS technology to manage rotational acceleration and oblique impact performance.

This ultra-ventilated helmet features 28 individual intake and exhaust ports—18 intakes and 10 exhausts—to maintain optimal airflow in the most demanding conditions. For emergency situations, the helmet is equipped with a comprehensive safety suite, including:
