The Supertech R10 Helmet is the pinnacle of Alpinestars racing technology, engineered to provide professional-level protection, aerodynamic stability, and unparalleled comfort. Meeting the rigorous ECE 22.06 standards, this helmet is designed for riders who demand the highest performance on the track and the road.

Advanced Outer Shell Construction
The outer shell utilizes a sophisticated multi-composite combination. It features a 3K high-density carbon outer layer for superior strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer, an aramid fiber layer, and a fiberglass layer. These components are bonded with a high-performance epoxy resin to maximize mechanical performance and minimize weight. This construction ensures limited shell deflection, allowing impact energy to spread wider and be more effectively absorbed by the EPS liner.

Superior Inner Shell and Impact Management
To ensure an optimized fit and maximum safety, the helmet is built with four inner shell sizes and an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner. Six specific densities are strategically positioned to absorb impact forces efficiently. The EPS inner surface is polished and specially coated to create a low-friction area. This design mitigates rotational, oblique, and linear forces, allowing the head to move independently of the helmet during an impact, which significantly reduces the risk of brain and spinal injuries.

A-Head Fitment System
For a truly personalized experience, the internal EPS is equipped with the A-Head Fitment System. This allows riders to tune the height and angle at which the helmet sits on their head, adapting to individual preferences for depth and tilt to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

Aerodynamics and Ventilation
Developed using CFD simulations and validated in wind tunnels, the Supertech R10 is optimized for low drag and high-speed stability. Lateral winglets and visor turbulators improve aero-acoustic performance and reduce buffeting. The helmet features a comprehensive ventilation system with 11 points:

• 7 intakes, including 3 in the chin guard and 4 on top.
• 4 exhausts, including lateral ports on the chin bar and rear extractors under the spoiler.
• Internal air ducts that actively circulate airflow around the rider's head.
• Chin vents designed to create a laminated flow across the shield to prevent fogging and misting.

Professional Shield Features
The shield system includes a secure locking mechanism and is designed to work seamlessly with the helmet’s aerodynamics, providing a clear field of vision and preventing humid air buildup through dedicated extraction vents.
