VAS Shield Mechanism
The Variable Axis System (VAS) features a moving pivot point, allowing the shield to open and close smoothly even with a lower mounting position. The dual-function lever releases both the side cover and shield pin for quick, simple removals. The integrated VAS latch captures and holds the shield securely closed to help prevent unexpected opening, while a larger latch design allows for intuitive operation and a dedicated de-mist function.

Advanced Shell Construction & Safety
The PB-SNC² shell is crafted from super fiber and synthetic fibers, providing exceptional tensile strength and flexibility while maintaining a lightweight profile. Designed with "Glance-Off" ability in mind, the smooth shell and smaller VAS pivot cover are optimized along the Snell test line to increase the helmet's ability to glance off objects during an impact.

Superior Ventilation
Equipped with Diffuser Type 12 and the IC Duct5 system, this helmet offers precision airflow control. The air intake vents feature three-position switches that are easy to operate even with gloves, providing improved sealing to decrease road noise and limit water intrusion when fully closed.

Premium Interior & Visibility
The odor-resistant liner is fully removable and helps maintain a neutral pH level close to the skin. For a customized fit, the interior includes removable temple and crown padding. For clear vision in all seasons, the VAS Max Vision (BV) shield comes standard and includes a clear Pinlock® insert to prevent fogging in diverse riding conditions.
