Regent-X Helmet - Stars & Stripes - Dark

The Regent-X is designed to provide riders with the exceptional comfort and protection synonymous with Arai, featuring a specialized shell flare that widens by 5 mm around the base to make getting the helmet on and off easier than ever.

Engineered with a Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction (PB-CLC) shell, this helmet is developed to be both lightweight and incredibly strong. The smooth shell design along the Snell test line in the temple area increases the helmet's ability to glance off objects during an impact. Central to its design is the Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism, which incorporates a smaller and lower pivot cover to yield more surface area above the mechanism for enhanced protection.

For superior comfort and a personalized fit, the interior features an intermediate oval shape that accommodates the majority of head shapes. The adjustable perimeter liner and FCS® Cheek Pads—utilizing multiple layers of varying foam densities and a foam “spring”—cradle the face to provide a secure fit while helping to block unwanted wind noise. The soft-brushed liner is fully removable, allowing for easy cleaning and long-lasting freshness.

The ventilation system is optimized for performance and clarity. A one-piece exhaust vent improves aerodynamic stability, while the top exhaust vent remains open at all times to assist with heat extraction and prevent moisture build-up that can lead to shield fogging. Operation is made seamless by a larger latch that captures and securely holds the shield closed, preventing unexpected opening while remaining intuitive to use with gloves.
