With a slim ergonomic design offering a high level of off-road performance and comfort during dynamic movement, this knee brace is engineered to provide support while remaining lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and protective. A free-floating Nucleon Plasma knee protector is encased in an asymmetric fiber-reinforced frame for enhanced rigidity and structural integrity, helping reduce the risk of injuries to the medial and lateral collateral ligaments, anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, and lateral and medial meniscus. The replaceable knee cups feature a polyurethane outer shell backed with a Nucleon Plasma knee protector for an optimal blend of impact protection, flexibility, and scratch resistance. Replaceable upper and lower patella extensions provide maximum coverage through flexion and extension. The slim, stable four-point hinge system follows the articulation of the knee, while adjustable extension stops allow the desired maximum opening angle from 0° to 30°. Stainless-steel hinge bushings feature anti-oxidation treatment. Nucleon Plasma is a viscoelastic material engineered from bio-based polymers and formed into a structure that is pliable in all directions while maintaining the ability to dissipate impact energy. Lightweight and highly ventilated, the knee protector provides strong impact force dispersion and absorption with maximum coverage in all riding positions. The Nucleon Plasma knee protector is constructed from bio-based, eco-friendly, and sustainable impact-absorbing material. Soft-touch thermoformed padding provides rider comfort and helps keep the brace securely positioned, while condyle padding is available in different thicknesses for a customized fit. Nucleon Plasma is embedded into the shin padding for additional protection. Padded X-straps are backed with non-slip material to help prevent movement, and their profiled design helps avoid pinching behind the knee when fully flexed. High-tensile-strength buckles are robust yet flexible for easy strapping and adaptability, with upper and lower buckles secured by a keyhole snapping system. Easily exchangeable extension stops are available in 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, and 30°.
