Developed with feedback from professional motocross riders, the 34-layer carbon fiber frame provides an optimal balance of flexibility and rigidity to enhance rider comfort and support while helping reduce the risk of injuries to the medial and lateral collateral ligaments, anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, and lateral and medial meniscus. Frame geometry was formulated using extensive 3D scans of professional athletes to provide optimized internal volume and precise hinge width for comfortable use.

Soft, flexible transitions at the upper and lower frame edges help prevent hard carbon fiber edges from contacting the skin. Replaceable hinge covers transition smoothly from the hinges to the frame, eliminating steps that could snag materials. Strategically positioned upper and lower patella extensions provide maximum coverage through flexion and extension.

The stable, compact, low-profile four-point hinge system follows natural knee articulation. Adjustable extension stops from 0° to 30° help set the desired maximum opening angle. Replaceable knee cups feature a polyurethane outer shell backed by a Nucleon Plasma protector for an effective combination of impact protection, flexibility, and scratch resistance.

Nucleon Plasma is a viscoelastic material made from bio-based polymers. Its pliable structure moves in all directions while dissipating impact energy. Lightweight and highly ventilated, the knee protector offers strong impact force dispersion and absorption with maximum coverage in all riding positions. Soft-touch, non-slip neoprene condyle padding helps prevent brace movement, enhances comfort, and includes different thicknesses for a customized fit.
